The Top Ten - week ending 03-20-2015

Spring is finally here officially. But I think she forgot to tell Winter to leave!
But we shall embrace Spring, at least in spirit with the warm sounds of This is Lounge.

Rafael Lubjanik continues to hold on to the top spot for a second week in a row. From news around the web, it appears he's topping jazz and chill charts around the world. Congrats Rafael!
Canadian Diana Krall continues to move up with I Can't Tell You Why, another wonderful cover from her Wallflower album.
Escadet has entered the charts at number ten with the title track from their just released album, Eternelle. The album is a beautiful selection of chillout, and I would recommend it for anyone looking for something new.
As mentioned earlier this week, Blank & Jones have released, on iTunes, two new tracks from their upcoming Milchbar - Seaside 7 release. They've been thrown into the mix all week here at the station, and I'm proud to officially include them as "Bubbling Under".  Joining B&J is Merv de Peyer. You may recognize Merv and his DeepLoungeMusic moniker for his swell lounge covers of hit pop songs. Just this week, Merv posted a serious jazz cover of the classic Summertime to his Soundcloud page. I am proud to show off his serious jazz side as well with this beautiful version. (By the way, it's a free download on his page, so click on the Bubbling Under link below to grab it, and many others as well.)

As usual, please show your support for these and all the This is Lounge artists through iTunes, Amazon, Juno, Bandcamp, etc.
